We recommend booking 2 to 4 weeks ahead for custom installations. For peak wedding or weekend dates, 1 to 2 months is ideal.
How do deposits and payments work?
Once we review your quote request and agree on the design, we send a formal proposal and invoice through 17hats, payable via Square.
Do you deliver and install on-site?
Yes! We deliver, inflate, and professionally install all custom garlands, arches, and columns directly at your venue across Greater Boston.
What areas do you serve?
We are based in Foxboro, MA and serve Greater Boston, the South Shore, MetroWest, Metro South, and surrounding communities within approximately 50 miles. Extended travel may be available for select installations.
How long do balloon installations last?
Indoor air-filled installations typically last anywhere from several days to well over a week depending on temperature and conditions.
